The team includes data strategists, consultants, data scientists, and analysts working alongside DEPT teams worldwide across services from commerce and full-funnel media to content engineering and operations. You will be solving some of the hardest problems facing some of the best-loved brands in the world.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for an AI Consultant who can create strategic impact with AI, translating complex technology into business value for our clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead transformation programmes, and design scalable AI solutions.This role joins an AI practice that spans EMEA and services clients globally, with a specific focus on expanding our UK&I offering.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments with enterprise clients across EMEADefine AI roadmaps and prioritised use case portfolios, anchored in business case and ROIDesign (together with technical experts) and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problemsGuide clients through AI transformation programmes, from vision to implementationAdvise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and organisational changeBring emerging technology thinking to client conversations and internal teamsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience in an AI, data, or technology consulting role, preferably at a consulting firm or digital agencyStrong track record working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA marketsConfident working with senior stakeholders, from C-suite to IT product owners and marketing leadersAbility to build business cases and communicate ROI of AI initiativesUnderstanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementationDeep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps conceptsFamiliarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plusAnalytical, commercially minded, and a strong communicatorWE OFFERA flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location)An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policiesPension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme26 days paid holiday (plus UK Bank Holidays)Help getting you to work with a season ticket loan and cycle to work schemeEnhanced family friendly policies to support new parentsSocial and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrationsInspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and eventsLearning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advanceBuddy Programme: You will be paired with a 'Buddy' to help you through your first weeks at DEPTA reputation for doing good.
