We are seeking physicians who are:

• Eligible for, or actively pursuing, registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Qualified in Family Medicine through one of the following pathways:
  • United Kingdom - CCT and MRCGP
  • Ireland - MICGP
  • United States - American Board of Family Medicine Certification
  • Australia/New Zealand - FRACGP or equivalent
