The Role * Take full ownership of your territory, driving sales growth and uncovering new commercial opportunities * Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor within the agricultural community * Identify and win new business through farm visits, networking, targeted outreach, and digital engagement * Deliver engaging and professional machinery and equipment demonstrations, clearly showcasing product value and performance * Provide tailored, consultative solutions aligned to each customer’s operational and business needs * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals * Oversee the valuation and resale of used equipment, maximising profitability and customer satisfaction * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience * Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both revenue and margin growth What We’re Looking For * A strong background in, or genuine understanding of, the agricultural sector * Proven success within a sales, account management, or territory-based role * Commercially astute, self-motivated, and driven by results * Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn customer trust * A confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing capabilities * Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career with a progressive and respected business, we’d love to hear from you.
