It is large enough to provide complex work and a serious client platform, but not so heavily layered that a strong Director disappears into the structure.The corporate tax team works with privately owned businesses, entrepreneurial groups, UK and international companies, and larger mid-market clients. The work includes advisory, complex compliance, restructuring, transactions, international tax, tax governance and growth-related planning.The firm is looking for someone who can operate beyond portfolio management. You would be expected to lead client relationships, spot advisory opportunities, work closely with partners across the wider business, and play a visible role in building the London corporate tax offering.The key point is the partnership route. This is not an indefinite “one day” conversation.
