Join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member and help create a clean, welcoming environment that our guests will love returning to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
• Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
• MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE
