About the role

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Severn Trent Water team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on water and wastewater projects across the Severn Trent Water region. You'll be managing direct-staff electricians, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, site teams and client representatives, you'll play a vital role in bringing electrical projects to life from installation through to successful handover. As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be working within the Severn Trent Water team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality electrical installation works. Reviewing electrical design from a constructability perspective and working with engineers to resolve technical queries Issuing and managing electrical permits, coordinating isolations and ensuring compliance with site controls This role of Electrical Supervisor is great for you if: You hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) You have SSSTS or SMSTS, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualifications You hold an ECS / JIB Gold or Black Card (Supervisor) You have post-qualification experience in electrical installation, testing and supervision You hold a Full driving licence So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
