A great opportunity to shape the People & Culture strategy of one of Londons most exciting luxury lifestyle restaurant groups. We are seeking an inspiring, emotionally intelligent, and commercially minded Head of People & Culture to lead the full people agenda across a portfolio of design-led, high-energy, experience-driven venues.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a group that blends exceptional cuisine, elevated service, cultural programming, and a strong brand identity. The ideal candidate will bring a modern, people-first approach to hospitality, with the ability to build high-performing teams and a culture that feels authentic, inclusive, and unmistakably premium.
About the Role: As Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a forward-thinking people strategy that supports the groups growth, strengthens its employer brand, and ensures an exceptional employee experience at every touchpoint.
You will partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Brand teams to create a culture where talent thrives, service excellence is second nature, and teams feel genuinely connected to the groups values and vision.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full People & Culture function across all venues and the central support team.
Develop and execute a modern people strategy aligned with the groups luxury lifestyle positioning.
Drive recruitment excellence, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier hospitality talent.
Build a strong employer brand and champion a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and high performance.
Oversee learning & development, leadership pathways, and succession planning.
Implement effective HR frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
Partner with Operations to support team engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
Lead initiatives around wellbeing, diversity, and employee experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight, challenge, and strategic guidance.
About You Proven experience as a Head of People, Head of HR, or senior People & Culture leader within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or high-end restaurant groups.
A modern, people-centric mindset with a passion for building strong cultures and empowered teams.
Strong understanding of Londons hospitality landscape and talent market.
Commercially astute with the ability to balance people priorities with business performance.
Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
