About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for anadministrator to join our fast-paced infrastructure and energy team based out of in our central Leeds office. You will provide efficient administrative support, including preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required. The post holder will join a large team working across a range of levels and support functions. In addition, we welcome applications from those seeking flexible or agile working arrangements and can be discussed at the application stage.Main tasks:Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence and spreadsheets within agreed time framesCopy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, etc.Assist with invoicing, WIP administration and other financial processes as requiredFormatting of Word and Excel documents prior to client submissionManagement of databases to assist with hitting team KPI’sInput to diaries and organisation of meetings including co-ordination with external partiesAccurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as requiredProvide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the officeProvide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably requiredGeneral office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all timesWhat will it take to be successful?We are seeking someone who is reliable, pro-active and self-motivated with strong customer service and communication skills. You’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
