The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Benefits Manager, you'll play a key role in the delivery and evolution of benefits programmes across the EMEA region.

This position offers broad international exposure and the chance to work across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with HR, Compensation, Payroll, external brokers, and benefits providers to ensure employees receive a best-in-class benefits experience.

You'll be involved in both day-to-day benefits administration and strategic initiatives, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise within a global Reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and administration of benefits programmes across EMEA
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals and maintain relationships with brokers and providers
  • Manage benefits enrolments, census activities, and ongoing administration
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee benefits queries
  • Maintain benefits data, reporting, and analytics
  • Support benefits benchmarking and market reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure local compliance requirements are met
  • Create engaging employee communications to increase awareness and utilisation of benefits programmes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the employee experience
  • Support the ongoing development of Workday and associated benefits technology
  • Assist with the implementation of regional benefits initiatives and projects

About You

You may currently be:

  • A Benefits Administrator ready for your next step
  • A Benefits Specialist seeking broader international exposure
  • An HR Coordinator or HR Advisor with significant benefits experience
  • Working within a multinational organisation and looking to specialise further within Reward & Benefits

Experience Required

  • 3-6 years' experience in Benefits, Reward, HR Operations, or HR Administration
  • Strong experience supporting employee benefits programmes
  • Solid understanding of UK benefits practices
  • Experience within a fast-paced, evolving, or high-growth organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and technology
  • Workday experience would be advantageous
  • Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries would be beneficial but is not essential
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset
