Mechanical Site Manager – Retail Fit Out Southampton An established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a fast-paced retail refurbishment project in Southampton. This is a 7-week programme starting 18th August, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a live retail refurbishment. Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of site operations * Managing specialist subcontractors * Ensuring Health & Safety compliance * Liaising with the Project Manager and main contractor * Delivering works to programme * Coordinating deliveries and site logistics * Managing project completion and handover Requirements * Previous Site Management experience within retail fit out or refurbishment * Strong subcontractor management skills * Experience working on fast-track projects * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid at Work * Excellent communication and organisational skills This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established M&E contractor delivering high-profile retail refurbishment projects
