Head of eSports

The Head of Esports is responsible for overseeing Athr's entire esports ecosystem (IRIS eSports), including the creation and management of competitive divisions, player and staff recruitment, team development, and operational excellence. This role ensures that every division is well-structured, professionally managed, and aligned with the organisation's long-term vision.

This position is part of Senior Management and works closely with department leads, managers, and leadership to drive the organisation's competitive success, expand its esports presence, and maintain high standards across all esports operations.
