Site Manager

Our client, a well-established and reputable main contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a development in Waltham Abbey. The project comprises a £3 million residential scheme, with approximately £1 million of works remaining. The development consists of 14 apartments, with the roof already completed and around six months of finishing works left, including internal fit-out, external works and landscaping. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys delivering the final stages of a project to a high standard and is seeking long-term career stability with a growing business. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the completion of the remaining build programme * Overseeing internal finishing trades and external landscaping works * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards * Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities * Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management * Driving health and safety compliance across the site Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments * Strong finishing and handover experience * Valid CSCS Card * First Aid at Work Certificate * Valid SMSTS Certificate * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery The Opportunity: This is a permanent, long-term opportunity with a respected developer offering career progression and the chance to play a key role in successfully delivering this residential scheme and future projects
