Trainee Recruitment Consultant £27,000 base salary, increasing to £30,000 after 6 months

£65k+ realistic first-year earnings

Uncapped commission

The role

- Trainee Recruitment Consultant As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant,

you'll

become a specialist within the financial markets, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include: Speaking with finance professionals to understand what

they're

looking for in their next move

Building relationships with investment banks, hedge

funds

and financial institutions

Winning new business and growing existing client accounts

Headhunting

high-calibre candidates for live vacancies

Managing candidates throughout the interview process

Negotiating offers and handling the recruitment process through to placement

Keeping up to date with market trends to become an expert in your niche

Building a strong network of clients and candidates that generates repeat business

Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environmen
