The Role:

• Grow and Build the brand new team in Nottingham
• Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning
• Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners

The Candidate:

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
• Strong technical expertise across private client work
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
• Well-connected in the Nottingham market with strong referrer relationships
• Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
