We are looking for colleagues who can help us continue to offer a unique service and truly make a difference to the young people of our county.  Key Responsibilities:Provide daily supervision to Social WorkersSupport risk management and decision-makingMentor colleagues and help develop their practiceLead on quality assurance and performance monitoringChair multi-agency meetings and attend child protection conferencesWhat We’re Looking For You should be a qualified Social Worker (DIPSW, CQSW, Masters, or Degree in Social Work), ideally with supervisory or management experience.
