Sales & Account Manager
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (free parking provided)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Company bonus
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.45 – 5.15pm & Friday 8.45 – 4pm

Resource Recruitment is a well-established, independent recruitment consultancy based in Poole, specialising in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to businesses across Dorset and beyond. We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts.
You will act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity (calls, networking, referrals etc)
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
* Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and repeat business
* Take detailed job briefs and consult with clients on recruitment strategy
* Coordinate with internal team to ensure successful candidate delivery
* Attend client meetings to strengthen partnerships
* Working with and supporting candidates with finding employment, both temporary & permanent
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in sales, account management, business development or recruitment (Min of 2 years’ experience)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A consultative approach with a focus on client needs
* Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
