Maintenance Technician £58,000 + Company Benefits + Overtime Monday - Friday Our client, a market-leading manufacturer within the packaging industry, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their established engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of high-speed production machinery across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery and site equipment * Provide electrical engineering support across all manufacturing and production operations * Fault-find and repair automated machinery, robotics, conveyor systems, and associated production equipment * Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems * Diagnose breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency * Support continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, reliability, and operational performance * Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and improvement projects * Work closely with production teams to resolve machinery issues and optimise machine performance * Support machine changeovers, setups, and production start-ups where required * Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed in line with site procedures and safety standards * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, permit systems, and engineering best practices If you are interested in this Maintenance Technician role, please submit an up-to-date CV through this advert or call the Eko Talent on (phone number removed)
