Interim Commercial Lawyer (0-2 PQE)

We're working with a leading global media organisation seeking a Junior Commercial Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor (0-2 PQE) to gain broad commercial experience across advertising, branded content, consumer products, marketing, subscriptions, and wider revenue-generating activities.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on advertising, media, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Support branded content, sponsorship, and commercial partnership arrangements.
• Provide practical legal guidance to commercial stakeholders.
• Assist with consumer law, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Work closely with colleagues across legal, privacy, finance, and commercial teams.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-2 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice or in-house.
• Media, advertising, digital, marketing, or IP experience would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be immediately available
