Site Manager

Site Manager Location: UK (Site-Based) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Package The Role We’re looking for a Site Manager to support the delivery of construction and renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on health & safety. You’ll be responsible for setting up sites correctly, keeping them compliant, and making sure work is carried out safely and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing * Set up sites before work starts (H&S, welfare, signage, documentation) * Review and manage RAMS and site safety plans * Run site inductions and toolbox talks * Monitor site safety and carry out inspections * Work closely with project teams and subcontractors * Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with regulations * Report and help investigate incidents if they occur What We’re Looking For * Experience as a Site Manager (construction / engineering / renewables) * Good understanding of site health & safety * Knowledge of CDM Regulations * NEBOSH or IOSH (preferred) * Strong communication and organisation skills What You’ll Get * £45,000 – £55,000 salary * Bonus * Company car or allowance * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Training and development support * Great team and growing business Apply Now If you’re a Site Manager looking for a straightforward role with a strong focus on safety and growing projects, apply today
