Office Administrator (Construction / Civil Engineering / Facilities)

Up to £30k

Monday Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am 3.30pm

Experienced Office Administrator with a strong background supporting construction, engineering, or facility services environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
  • Vehicle fleet administration, servicing and compliance tracking
  • Asset and equipment register management
  • Contractor, supplier and service provider liaison
  • Experience maintaining company registers, records and compliance documentation
  • Proven ability to support management teams and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously

Relevant Experience

  • Managed office operations, facilities maintenance, contractors and service providers.
  • Processed invoices, tracked costs, managed records and provided administrative support to senior management.
  • Experienced in document control, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication across engineering and construction-related environments.
