From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management instructions for public sector entities, institutional investors and national retailers, the work is varied and challenging.The team has an exciting opportunity for experienced solicitors to join them to strengthen their national offering, providing a genuine chance to join a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience.You'll contribute to the growth and success of the business by developing the reputation/brand of the firm, taking a proactive role in building and maintaining client relationships, both in terms of revenue growth and profitability from new and existing clients. You'll play an important role in helping us to further develop the local market share, running transactions in their entirety from the outset, supervising and mentoring others in the team to deliver those transactions for clients.
