Sector: Finance & AccountingReference: SMSKFODFrench-speaking Financial Controller West London (Hybrid) 70,000 - 75,000 + Up to 25% Bonus + Private Healthcare + Strong Pension PermanentAre you a qualified accountant with fluent French and experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts and controls within a complex international business?Euro London is partnering with a leading global consumer goods organisation to hire a French-speaking Financial Controller into its growing Shared Finance function.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of financial accounting, compliance and reporting for multiple entities while leading process improvements and supporting a team of finance professionals.Key responsibilities:Managing month-end and year-end closePreparing statutory accounts and regulatory filingsEnsuring VAT, Intrastat and EC Sales List complianceReviewing balance sheet reconciliationsMaintaining strong financial controls and SOX complianceManaging auditor relationshipsSupporting group reporting activitiesDriving process improvement and finance transformation initiativesSupervising and developing Assistant ControllersAbout you:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedFluent French and EnglishStrong financial accounting and reporting experienceSAP experienceMulti-entity, multi-currency experienceExperience managing teams and/or outsourced providersStrong understanding of controls, compliance and governanceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPlease note:This is a technical Financial Controller role focused on accounting, reporting, controls and compliance.
