Climate17 is supporting a leading international renewable energy business with the appointment of a Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of its Asset Management services.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on winning new business across utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, Wind and wider renewable energy infrastructure markets.
The business already supports a substantial operational portfolio across multiple technologies and is looking for someone who can leverage existing industry relationships and sector knowledge to accelerate growth further.
This is very much a “hunter” role rather than account management - suited to someone comfortable leading complex B2B sales processes, developing strategic client relationships and converting opportunities within the renewable energy owner/operator and investment community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategy
- Drive new business across renewable energy asset management services
- Lead complex tenders, bids and commercial negotiations
- Build senior relationships across the renewable energy sector
- Support and coordinate regional sales activity
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across wider technical and operational services
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Strong experience selling services within the renewable energy sector
- Existing network across wind, solar and/or BESS markets
- Background within asset management, O&M, technical xwzovoh services, energy consultancy or related areas
- Proven ability to win and develop strategic client relationships
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and tenders
- Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills
