Production Operative

Job Title: Production Support Temp Location: Clevedon, North Somerset Hours: 40 hours per week including a 45-minute early finish on a Friday Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45 Friday: 08:00 – 12:15 Contract Type: Temporary (minimum of two months) Key Responsibilities of a Production Support Temp: * Picking and weighing raw materials in line with customer works orders * Delivering materials to the production team efficiently to minimise downtime * Supporting production with labelling, decanting, and adding actives to solvents * Assisting with customer packaging and general production duties * Maintaining high housekeeping, GMP, and food safety standards * Ensuring all materials are stored correctly after use * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department Key Skills of a Production Support Temp: * Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong awareness of health & safety and hygiene standards * Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude * Good teamwork and communication skills
