Skilled Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator

New Role As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets required quality standards, is completed efficiently, and adheres to strict safety guidelines.
Interpreting fabrication and installation drawings to deliver accurate work
Carrying out assembly and fabrication using hand tools and equipment
Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to optimise outputs
Maintaining high standards of construction, quality, and tolerances
Assisting with training and mentoring apprentices where required.
Strong understanding of fabrication and installation drawings
Hands-on experience with sheet metal assembly and fabrication techniques
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Clear awareness of SHE practices and risk management
Ability to coach and share knowledge with apprentices
