About the role

Part-Time Operative Location: Round Spinney, NN3 8 Pay Rate: £12.71-£14.21 per hour (depending on department ) Barker Ross is recruiting part-time ad-hoc operatives for our client in Round Spinney, Northampton. Once trained, you may work across different departments. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to work any of the following shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 10:00-18:00. Ad-hoc availability is required, so candidates must be able to work when needed. After training, you may rotate across departments to gain experience and support the team where needed. Key Responsibilities Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently Perform assembly tasks accurately according to instructions Inspect parts for defects or quality issues Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality Follow health and safety proceduresRequirements Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred Quality control or inspection experience is advantageous Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently Must be available for any of the specified shiftsHow to Apply Click Apply or email your CV to: Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
