Receptionist - Temporary Assignment
Location - Kegworth
We are recruiting for a Front of House/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, provide excellent customer service and support the day to day administrative operations.
YOUR ROLE:
• Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain office supplies and order stock when required
This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start.
