Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nuclear Defence Infrastructure

Core Group is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Glasgow operation. Hybrid role combining office and home-based working. You will lead pre-contract commercial activities across major infrastructure and engineering projects, with a focus on NEC3/NEC4 contracts and robust procurement strategies.

You will prepare cost plans, manage tendering, contract documentation and commercial risk assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value, compliant outcomes.
