Senior UX/UI Designer

A high-growth consumer brand with an ambitious international growth strategy is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its expanding digital team. Operating in both the UK and US markets, the business has built a loyal customer base and is investing heavily in experimentation, conversion optimisation and customer experience to drive the next phase of growth.

Your new role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the on-site customer experience across multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a highly commercial role where success will be measured by improvements in conversion rate, add-to-cart rate and revenue per session.You will be responsible for identifying friction points across the customer journey, designing and implementing UX improvements, and building a structured testing programme to continuously optimise performance. Working closely with Growth, Marketing and Development teams, you will create high-converting landing pages, improve key ecommerce journeys and develop a scalable design system that supports rapid experimentation.
