No1 Site Manager

Our client is a well-established main contractor, renowned for delivering light industrial fit-out projects. We are assisting them in their search for a No1 Site Manager for a new project: a £500k light industrial mezzanine floor and full fit-out following, programme 16 weeks. This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification.
