- Inside IR35 Lead end-to-end delivery of capital engineering projects from concept to handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.

Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and change control Ensure compliance with safety, construction, and industrial regulations; champion strong HSE culture Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver practical engineering solutions Oversee contractors and design partners; lead design reviews and ensure quality/technical integrity Lead incident investigations and continuous improvement activities Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams across multiple concurrent projects Provide reporting, financial oversight (incl.

forecasting, ROI/NPV), and contract support Skills & Experience: Strong project management across multiple engineering projects Broad engineering knowledge (mechanical, electrical, civil, process, controls) Experience with design reviews, technical drawings, and compliance Strong HSE knowledge in industrial environments Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership Commercial and financial awareness (budgets, contracts, forecasting) Proficient in MS Project, M365, SharePoint, SAP; AutoCAD familiarity Education: Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering (Electrical preferred) Chartership (or working towards) desirable APM PMQ and/or NEBOSH desirable Project Engineer
