This role offers exposure to a broad and stimulating caseload, working with leading insurer clients on high-quality matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The successful candidate will handle a range of personal injury claims while gaining experience across fast track to multi-track litigation. There will also be opportunities to become involved in regulatory matters, including health and safety investigations and inquests, providing excellent scope for development.Key responsibilities include:Managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims across different tracksAdvising clients on liability, quantum, and coverage issuesDrafting legal documents and supporting case strategyContributing to client relationships and business development initiativesThis role is ideal for an ambitious NQ Solicitor eager to build technical expertise and develop a strong reputation.
