Finance Manager – 14 Month FTC | Glasgow (Hybrid)

The Role

• Lead month‑end close and financial reporting
• Prepare management information, variance analysis, and commentary
• Manage accruals, prepayments, VAT and bank reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow reporting
• Mentor a small finance team and manage audits
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls

About You

• Strong experience with month‑end reporting and IFRS
• Advanced Excel and financial‑modelling skills
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management ability
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 beneficial
