Electrical Project Manager

Client: Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, education, and data centres, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 10 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2026 and 2027 to be a similar period of growth. I am currently working the behalf of their fast-paced fit out division specialising in projects ranging from up to £10m MEP value typically within the commercial office sector. Role/Responsibilities: ·      Management of subcontractor labour ·      RFI’s and technical submittals ·      All health and safety ·      Review and amend RAMS ·      Design Review liaising with consultants, client and main contractor Snagging ·      Testing and commissioning ·      Driving job ·      Procurement ·      Leading the project from a commercial aspect ·      Management of commissioning stages and project handover to the client ·      Tender review and validation The ideal candidate: ·      Will be familiar working in a fast pace environment ·      Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2m within your own discipline ·      A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role ·      The candidate will show longevity in previous employment In return they offer: ·      A healthy pipeline of work ·      Join a stable business who have an excellent staff attrition rate
