A day in the life
Collect the plan, own the room. The lesson is written; you bring it to life.
Hold the line. Spot wandering minds at twenty paces and reel them back incalmly and fairly.
Guide, dont lecture. Answer questions, nudge thinking, then watch the penny drop.
Log the essentials. Take the register, note achievements (or antics) and hand the intel to staff.
Repeatwith new faces. One period its Macbeth, the next its mitochondria. Variety comes as standard.
What youll bring
A degree in any subject (your academic anchor).
Solid experience with young people school, coaching, tutoring or youth work counts.
Behaviour-management confidence: firm, consistent, and hard to faze.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or youre happy for us to arrange one).
Clear, professional communication and the poise to step in at short notice.
