Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburghs most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotels majestic clock defines the citys skyline and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
Number One offers a 3 course choice menu and 5 course tasting menu of favourite Scottish and British produce. Our menu may include: Loch Duart salmon, Shetland halibut, Hand dived Orkney scallops, Hopetoun Estate roe deer, Pentland's beef, honey from the roof of the Balmoral, or Yorkshire rhubarb. We also use prestigious international produce such as N25 caviar and seasonal fresh truffles
As a Chef de Rang/Waiter in our fine dining, Michelin recommended, 4 AA Rosette Number One Restaurant, and as a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Have a passion for service excellence and detail

The expected salary package of a Chef de Rang/Waiter is £33,000 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
