Our client is one of London and the South East's best known and most respected high end developers! They have a fantastic portfolio of residential schemes from the northern Homes Counties, to the banks of the Thames to the South Coast.

Due to the opening up of further schemes in West London, they now require a talented and ambitious Senior Technical Manager to join their team on a largescale project in Brentford.

Their ideal candidate will have the following:

• Already be a Senior Technical Manager or strong Technical Manager, capable of leading the process.
• Have a strong residential background - gained with high profile developers or contractors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Degree qualified - architecture / architectural technology related preferred.

In return for the above skills and experience, our client will offer an excellent package - including a base salary circa £80k-£85k, plus car allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension etc.
