About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is hungry, fast, creative, and platform-native ready to join a high growth beauty brand. This isn’t a tick-box role. You’ll own our content creation end-to-end across Instagram and TikTok, creating content that not only looks great but drives results. You’ll join a fast-moving startup team of around 20 people where your output is visible, your ideas matter, and there’s real room to grow. This role is 70% creation and 30% strategy, ideal for someone who is hands-on with production and actively thinking about how to grow a brand through content.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Content Creation: Film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, taking ownership of quality and performance. Brand Storytelling: Capture and showcase the brand, product (specifically nail applications), and team moments in an authentic way; you must be comfortable being on camera. Community Engagement: Grow our social channels by replying to comments, reposting stories, and building relationships with creators and followers. Strategy & Optimisation: Use performance data to understand what works, iterate on content pillars, and align with the wider marketing plan. Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and Marketing team to plan monthly content calendars and brainstorm new ideas.

Creative Instincts: You have a great eye for visual aesthetics and an instinct for what works emotionally on social platforms. Commercial Awareness: You understand that social creativity should drive brand consideration and sales. Organised: You can manage your own time efficiently and keep content pipelines tidy. Experience & Skills Experience creating social content for a brand or startup. Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar mobile/desktop tools. Platform Native: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and behaviours. On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable filming yourself and directing the team to capture content. Startup Mentality: Resilient, adaptable, and eager to make a measurable impact.
Salary: £30,000 per year. Location: Hybrid (Tuesday & Thursday in-office) in South London Growth: Real opportunity to evolve within a growing creative team
