Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) 📍 North West London (Watford, Potters Bar, Beaconsfield) 💼 Permanent | 45 Hours per Week 💰 £52,725 Total Package + Overtime + Excellent Benefits The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) to join our team, working on a key contract with a major UK supermarket chain. This is a field-based role covering multiple retail sites, where you’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across commercial heating and HVAC systems. What You’ll Be Doing * Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites * Servicing and repairing equipment including boilers, pumps, fans, AHUs & FCUs * Carrying out minor installations and system upgrades * Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement * Ordering parts and completing work in line with company procedures * Attending scheduled and emergency call-outs What We’re Looking For Essential: * NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical or HVAC (or equivalent) * ACS Commercial Gas: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A * Full UK driving licence Desirable: * ACS Domestic Gas (CCN, CENWAT, CPA) * F-Gas (C&G 2079-1, Category 1) * 18th Edition (C&G 7671) About You * Experience in a retail or multi-site environment * Comfortable working independently in the field * Flexible to join a 1-in-4 on-call rota * Able to work at heights and in confined spaces * Familiar with PDA/job management systems What You’ll Get * £52,725 total package (including standby & London Weighting Allowance) * Paid overtime & travel time * 33 days holiday * Private pension scheme * Private healthcare & life insurance * Employee discounts & additional perks Apply Now If you’re a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with excellent benefits and a reputable client portfolio, we’d love to hear from you
