About the role
We’re looking for a Workplace Concierge / Front of House professional to join a leading interior design business, creating a welcoming, polished and exceptional experience for clients, visitors and employees.
This is more than a traditional reception role. You’ll be at the heart of a creative and design-led environment, ensuring the workplace runs seamlessly while delivering the high level of service you would expect from a premium client-facing business.
The Role
You’ll be the first face clients and visitors see, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm, professional and personable welcome to clients and visitors
*
Managing the front-of-house and reception area
*
Meeting and greeting high-profile clients and guests
*
Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are prepared to an exceptional standard
*
Coordinating refreshments, hospitality and catering for meetings
*
Managing incoming calls, emails, deliveries and couriers
*
Coordinating visitors, contractors and suppliers
*
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the studio/workplace
*
Liaising with facilities and building management
*
Maintaining a polished and professional presentation across front-of-house areas
*
Supporting client events, team events and workplace activities
*
Providing administrative and general office support where required
*
Being a key point of contact for employees and visitors throughout the day
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands that the small details make a big difference.
You’ll be naturally welcoming, polished and confident, with the ability to make everyone who walks through the door feel looked after.
