About the role
Tesco is looking for a Store Manager to lead an in-store team, delivering a great customer experience every day. You’ll recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach them on product knowledge, and ensure the store remains safe, compliant and high performing.
You’ll use insight to drive sales and profit, implement the Store Change Plan, and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet a little better every day.
