Position: Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer Location: Bristol Duration: Permanent Salary: From £38,000 to £41,000 plus package We are looking for an experienced Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the Bristol area only This engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical plant that will include Hot Water Pumps, AHU and Fan coil Maintenance, Plant room maintenance as well as basic plumbing, compliance checks etc The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in Building Services Maintenance and a strong Mechanical knowledge. They need to have a minimum of a level 2 City and Guilds qualification either mechanical or electrical and a full UK driving licence Requirements Strong background in commercial building services maintenance Holding a minimum of a level 2 City and Guilds mechanical or electrical qualification Based in a commutable location to Bristol Happy to travel throughout the Bristol area Full UK driving licence Strong mechanical maintenance experience Happy to join the on callrota Package Good basic salary Travel time 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing) On call allowance On call one week in ten Pension Overtime available If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
