Senior Care Worker Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of a client for Senior Care Worker positions within residential services supporting older people, including those living with dementia. Permanent positions available: 32 and 37 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Support older people, including those living with dementia. Supervise and support Care Workers. Administer medication and maintain accurate records. Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Essential Criteria NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting. Experience supporting older people and/or individuals living with dementia. Medication administration experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers. Benefits Permanent contracts available. Sleepover payments of £75 per shift. Training and development opportunities.
