Sous Chef

Bellota is looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and play an important role in the next stage of our development.
We are a quality-driven restaurant with a strong focus on modern Spanish cuisine, combining authentic Spanish flavours and exceptional produce with contemporary techniques and presentation.
We are looking for someone with experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or a kitchen operating at a comparable level. Technical ability, consistency, attention to detail and a genuine desire to cook at a very high level are essential.

You will work closely with the Chef Patron, helping with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards and contributing to the development of new dishes and menus.
What we are looking for:
Michelin-starred or high-level fine-dining experience
Sous Chef experience, or a strong Junior Sous Chef/Senior CDP ready to step up
Excellent technical cooking skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Passion for exceptional produce and seasonality
Good organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
Knowledge and appreciation of Spanish gastronomy is highly desirable
Spanish language skills are an advantage but not essential
Existing right to work in the UK
Accommodation available for the right candidate
