Machine Operator

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. Role: Extrusion Operator Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm Location: Northampton Salary: £35,000 Duties: Safely operate manufacturing machinery in line with company procedures Load machines with materials and remove finished products Set and adjust machine controls, including start-up and shutdown procedures Monitor production output and machine performance Identify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, and production failures Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning Complete check sheets and defect reporting documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRequirements: Previous machine operator experience Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adaptWhat's On Offer: Permanent full-time opportunity with a growing business Salary increase to £35,000 once fully trained Stable Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends Training and development opportunitiesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
