This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for an exceptional Waiter to own and thrive in a section. We’re after someone kind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who knows good food, fine drinks and gets a kick out working in a team and giving their guests the best experience possible

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Waiter, you’ll work with the full team to make sure your section runs brilliantly whenever you’re in the building. That means engaging in the Caravan culture, hospitality and taking advantage of our development opportunities to make sure every one of your guests that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible.
