Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop technical, analytical and design skills while working on a diverse range of exciting projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, the successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience in structural design, calculations, drawing production, site inspections and project delivery. With mentorship from senior professionals, they will be encouraged to take ownership of their work and progress towards professional accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects across various stages
• Produce sketches, drawings, calculations and technical reports under guidance
• Support structural analysis, load assessments and element design
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Attend project meetings, design reviews and site visits
• Contribute to safe, efficient and buildable engineering solutions

You will need a degree in civil or structural engineering and possess excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to your work.

Candidates who have some previous industry experience will have an advantage, but this is not vital.
