FM Project Manager

Salary: £40,000£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance
Location: Coventry based, with regular travel to sites across the Midlands and UK
Contract: Permanent, full-time

An established and growing facilities management business is seeking an experienced and highly organised FM Project Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial property maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects.

This is a pivotal position within the business, requiring someone who can manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, maintain oversight of several live sites and make confident operational decisions when priorities change.

Working within a fast-paced SME environment, you will coordinate labour, manage project schedules, direct internal teams and ensure that works are delivered safely, efficiently and within the required timescales.

The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility. You will need the judgement and tenacity to make decisions, redirect resources and challenge colleagues at all levels when necessary to keep projects moving.
