We are looking to recruit a permanent Procurement Services Assistant in to a busy team who will provide support to the procurement service. Based in the Procurement Service within Finance and reporting to a Team Manager you will be required to provide support to the Resources, Education and Social Care team including low value/low risk procurement activities. You will provide procurement advice to suppliers, client departments, colleagues and external stakeholders, delivering a customer focused and professional service. Undertake a range of procurement processes or tasks in accordance with predetermined procedures or instructions, which contribute to an effective strategic procurement service provision. Support the implementation of Procurement Procedures through Training, Education and Knowledge Transfer with Customers and Stakeholders. Level 1 Disclosure Clearance This role requires Level 1 Disclosure Clearance to allow access to the Public Sector Network.
