BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT WORKER

Career Teachers would like to recruit a caring, resilient and motivated Behaviour Support Worker to join our supportive primary school team near Leeds. You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional, social or behavioural support to help them thrive both in and out of the classroom.This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusion,well being and positive behaviour strategies.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils Implement individual behaviour and support plans Support pupils with emotional regulation, social skills and engagement in learning Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff Record and monitor progress, behaviour incidents and interventions Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding at all times.
